ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST. You could be earning a competitive market salary of $12-15 per hour plus an awesome benefits package in this temp to hire opportunity.
Job Duties Include:
Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices
Entering, posting, and reconciling batches
Researching and resolving accounts payable issues with vendors or internal accounts
Updating or reconciling to general ledger
Requirements:
MUST be bilingual (Spanish)
Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work well under pressure
Detail oriented candidate to with high volume payables background; 3 years experience preferred
Good data entry skills with intermediate Excel skills. Mass 200 experience a plus.
Enjoy working in a relaxed environment Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
