What is a GROUP BOOT CAMP??? It is a group of individuals(you women) who are all trained by an instructor(us) to become better physical health. You will be performing several exercises with dumbbells and also some total body exercises..
Is it fun? Yes it is fun, you are with the group for 40 min a day/3 days a week, so why not have some fun. We aren't "typical" boot camp instructors that you think about in the military; we are certified personal trainers who are here to help you lose some weight/ tone up and have some fun at the same time.
Will it be to difficult for me?
No, it wont be. Everyone has a starting point and these classes are geared more for women. The target areas like the back portion of the arm(tricep),inner thighs, and the abdominal area..
NORTHWEST CLASS:Classes begin Monday August 18th and end September 11TH. All classes will be held every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7:20pm. The location will be at Steubing Elementary off 1604/Bandera.The class is 4 weeks long and it is for women only. Each session is roughly 45 min long and you should be out by 8 pm sharp.. During each session I will talk to everyone about nutrition and what you should do when we dont workout together..
NORTHCENTRAL CLASS: Classes begins August 5th and end August 28th.. All classe will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8pm. The location will be at Barbara Bush Middle School off Evans/281. The class is 4 weeks long consisting of 8 sessions costing a total of $80 dollars. During each session we will be discussing topics of weight loss, body fat loss, and nutrition.
Bootcamp costs:
NW CLASS (3 DAYS A WEEK) 100 DOLLARS
NC CLASS (2 DAYS A WEEK) 80 DOLLARS
What to expect:
3-5% reduction in body fat
