The Scheduler will maintain and analyze scheduling software, update additions and changes in employee availability, and project coverage needs based on performance history and current business trends. Additionally, the incumbent will disseminate information that is useful, timely, and accurate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Create schedules and staffing lines based upon the client’s expectations for the staffing. Report daily staffing to the client.
2. Run and distribute various reports regarding billables, availability, absenteeism, schedule adherence, headcount, intervals, and segments.
3. Approve and deny Requested Time Off (RTO) based off staffing levels required for the specified time period. Communicate the approval or denial to Coaches, Leaders, etc.
4. Balance billables to ensure the client is billed appropriately. This entails comparing Kronos time and TCS time for each Consultant, analyzing the differences, and making corrections as needed.
5. Enter new hires data into TCS.
6. Enter schedule preferences into TCS and process shift bids.
7. Educate new hires on scheduling and RTO procedures.
8. Print, hand out, and answer scheduling questions from employees.
9. Assist with other areas of Resource Management when needed.
10. Provide specialized expertise in operational procedures within the Resource Management department.
11. Assist in the implementation of new projects

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A high school diploma and six to twelve months of relevant experience is preferred.
2. Knowledge of TCS/RTA software is preferred.
3. Previous experience using Microsoft Office products is preferred.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with shifting priorities is preferred.
5. Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication (oral and written) skills are preferred.
