The MEPRS Program Manager manages and oversees the AFMS/SG MEPRS Program.  The Support analytical healthcare biometrics and provide analytical support for the AFMS/SG Business  and Financial Plan.  The MEPRS PM provides analytical support towards maintaining timely/accurate/consistent medical coding.  They also serve as temporary backup support for Uniform Business Office (UBO).  They provide consultation, direction and training to MTF executive management flight commander and element leaders in MEPRS policies as directed by Air Force and Department of Defense.  They provide adequate resources, leadership, training, and support of AFMS MEPRS.  They serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Chief, Business Operations AFMOA South on all MEPRS issues and provides input to Air Staff in matters related to policy, metrics, and concerns from the field.  The MEPRS PM assist in all aspects of the management of the AFMS Financial Management, including direct support to the branch chief and by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting information related to MAJCOM Surgeon programs and projects AFMS wide.  They conduct Staff Assistant Visits (SAVs) to assess the effectiveness of the MTF MEPRS Program.  Visits will be timely and identify program weaknesses, as well as corrective action plans.  They assist in the development and issuance of procedural material, program management policies, practices, and procedures as they relate to MEPRS command wide.  They provide guidance and support on reconciliations to the field.<br>
Must be able to demonstrate their expertise in MEPRS through a combination of education and experience.  <br>
A bachelors degree in a business or related field (e.g., business administration, computer information systems, finance, healthcare, economics, health management, etc.) is required at a minimum.<br>
Must have Extensive knowledge of medical expense accounting.  <br>
Must be knowledgeable with standard AFMS software programs such as the Microsoft Office 2007 Professional Suite.<br>

Requirements: <br>
Bachelors Degree from an accredited 4 year college or university preferred. Customs Broker License is required and candidate must have a working knowledge of all areas of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) laws and regulations, including Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), HTSUS Section and Explanatory Notes, CBP rulings and guidance, and Export Regulations. Must be bondable. Minimum of 10 plus years of experience as a customs broker or related position in import/export operations required. International experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of import and export laws/regulations required. Good knowledge of FTZ accounting operations and general accounting principles required. Strong understanding of petroleum refinery operations, transportation terms, and terms of sale preferred. Ability to determine and communicate legal and monetary ramifications of business decisions, and ability to identify and solve significant customs issues required. Knowledge and understanding of spreadsheets, graphs, and word processing (for meaningful reporting results) and ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documents, financial reports and legal and regulatory documents. 	Assist in the maintenance of computer and hard-copy file systems as it relates to fleet equipment including the transferring of information into electronic format (semi-paperless system).<br>
	Administer preventive maintenance for company vehicles, trailers, equipment, kettles, motorized equipment, etc. <br>
	Assist in the maintenance of current licensing of all company vehicles, trailers, equipment, kettles, etc.<br>
	Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all company vehicles.<br>
	Assist in the maintenance of inventory and database on all company vehicles and equipment.<br>
	Run weekly safety meetings.<br>
	On-going maintenance and management of fuel card system including assisting in the review of fuel bills and report of any unusual activity to the appropriate supervisor and Operations Manager.<br>
	On-going maintenance and management of GPS system including assisting in the review of GPS reports for all company vehicles and equipment.  Assist Payroll Administrator in comparing GPS reports to time reported.<br>
	Assist in the review of cell phone invoices and report any unusual activity to the appropriate supervisor and Operations Manager.<br>
	Assist in the development, maintenance and monitoring of a tool check-out system.<br>
	Coordinate sheet metal fabrication with Sheet Metal superintendent and in accordance with specifications.<br>
	Oversee that the office, shop, and overall yard are maintained in a clean and organized manner and act as the central contact for property maintenance issues.<br>
	Be sales oriented toward customers.<br>
	Perform other duties which may arise.<br>

Primary Working Relationships:<br>
	Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendents  coordinating efforts for heavy and job specific equipment scheduling.<br>
	Payroll Administrator  monitor Production Department employees tools and equipment and evaluation process.<br>

Requirements:<br>
Bachelors Degree from an accredited 4 year college or university preferred. Customs Broker License is required and candidate must have a working knowledge of all areas of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) laws and regulations, including Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), HTSUS Section and Explanatory Notes, CBP rulings and guidance, and Export Regulations. Must be bondable. Minimum of 10 plus years of experience as a customs broker or related position in import/export operations required. International experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of import and export laws/regulations required. Good knowledge of FTZ accounting operations and general accounting principles required. Strong understanding of petroleum refinery operations, transportation terms, and terms of sale preferred. Ability to determine and communicate legal and monetary ramifications of business decisions, and ability to identify and solve significant customs issues required. Knowledge and understanding of spreadsheets, graphs, and word processing (for meaningful reporting results) and ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documents, financial reports and legal and regulatory documents. Additional functions will include SMWBE/HUB subcontractor and material supplier outreach, research, analysis, selected "cold  calls" for investigation and introduction of the firm, preparation of invitations to bid, serving as the liaison to the SMWBE/HUB subcontracting and supplier community, formulation and implementation of public relations/image building programs as related to diversity efforts, etc.<br>

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>

	Researches target SMWBE/HUB subcontractors and Material suppliers who could serve as potential business partners with Bartlett Cocke General Contractors.<br>

	Identifies and participates with various minority and women owned business focused trade associations and chambers of commerce including but not limited to Hispanic Contractors Association, National Association of Women in Construction, African American Contractors Association, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Asian Chamber of Commerce, South Central Texas Minority Business Development Council. <br>
<br>
	Attends various industry related networking functions including Hispanic Contractors Association, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, NAWIC, South Central Texas Minority Business Council, AIA, CREW, etc. <br>

	Manages and updates the SMWBE/HUB database including inputting and updating contact information and inputting and updating project relationship information.<br>
<br>
	Meet with various SMWBE/HUB subcontractors and suppliers to request proposals on various projects.<br>

	Design, write copy, edit and distribute potential project information flyers, business opportunity fair announcements and invitations to bid to the SMWBE/HUB subcontracting and supplier community.<br>
<br>
	Create project specific websites to attract and increase SMWBE/HUB subcontractor and supplier participation.<br>
<br>
	Coordinate all efforts for Bartlett Cocke General Contractors to host project specific business opportunity fairs as an outreach mechanism to the SMWBE/HUB subcontractor and supplier community.<br>
<br>
	Serve as the liaison between large prime subcontractors and SMWBE/HUB subcontractors and suppliers and identify and facilitate matchmaking opportunities to increase SMWBE/HUB participation.<br>
<br>
	Work with estimating and project management to identify SMWBE/HUB subcontractors and suppliers to submit a bid proposal on various scopes of work and/or bid packages.<br>
<br>
	Participate in bid day/GMP efforts as an advocate for SMWBE/HUB subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that their bid proposals are identified and that attempts are made to maximize diversity on a project.<br>
<br>
	Complete HUB/SMWBE Subcontracting Plans required for specific projects.<br>
<br>
	Monitors, tracks and reports accurate SMWBE/HUB participation by project as required by Owners.<br>
<br>
	Serves as Bartlett Cocke private sector Board representative (non-voting) for the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency.<br>
<br>
	Assist project teams with monthly SMWBE/HUB compliance efforts.<br>
<br>
	Serve as Bartlett Cocke General Contractors liaison to the SMWBE/HUB subcontracting and supplier community.<br>
<br>
	Assist potentially certifiable subcontractors through the appropriate certification channels (SCTRCA, HUB, SBA, CSTMBC, etc.).<br>
<br>
	Coordinate and attend various SMWBE/HUB trade shows and outreach events including Bexar County and the City of San Antonios How to Get in the Game and Stay in the Game, University of Texas System HUB conferences, Texas A&M University System HUB conferences, etc.  <br>
<br>
	Performs typing for preparation of forms, letters, reports, and memorandums as instructed by supervisor.<br>

	Assist with community and trade organization responsibilities.<br>

	Coordinate and attend industry related trade shows representing Bartlett Cocke General Contractors at our trade show booth<br>

	Manages corporate branded giveaway and apparel ordering process.<br>

QUALIFICATIONS:<br>

1.	Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English or technical field.  <br>

2.	Five (5)  Ten (10) years of experience, preferably with at least two (2) years in SMWBE/HUB related position.<br>

3.	Possess valid Texas drivers license and meet company's auto insurability requirements.<br>

The Spare Parts Inventory Planning Analyst will be responsible for identifying all internal and external demand streams for MRO inventory and forecasting usage rates by sku. The results of this systematic analysis will serve as the basis for the MRO replenishment and stocking plan, covering over $20MM of inventory. In addition to demand analysis and inventory management, the MRO planning analyst will supply planning models that look at all potential sources of supply, spanning purchases OEM finished goods to salvage from down units. The Sr MRO Planning Analyst reports directly to the MRO Planning Manager. <br>

Responsibilities:<br>
  Responsible for supporting production planning for the Manufacturing group by ensuring regular replenishment and appropriate inventory levels for all raw materials and sub-assemblies. <br>
  Work with Service Engineering to identify product failure rates and required consumption levels of spare parts needed to support product uptime standards. <br>
  Participate in product life cycle planning with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service Operations to determine demand requirements for spare parts over the introduction, maturity and end-of-life periods. <br>
  Proactively engage with Quality, R&D and Service Operations to identify special repair and refurbishment projects, to allow enough time to procure long lead-time parts. <br>
  Extract, validate and control demand data used for statistical forecasting. <br>
  Analyze historical demand patterns, trends and other business information in the development of monthly demand forecasts for spares. <br>
  Track significant forecast-to-actual unit variances and recommend appropriate revisions to the demand plan. <br>
  Prioritize and allocate materials during periods of constrained supply. <br>
  Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communicate/escalate, as appropriate. <br>
  Regularly monitor slow and obsolete inventory, and create disposition plans for review by management <br>
  Identify continuous improvement opportunities in forecasting, planning and execution of the demand/supply plan. <br>
  Track supply chain performance via a cohesive and comprehensive set of metrics: supply chain reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, and working capital efficiency. <br>
  Participate and provide data for the Spares S&OP meeting. <br>

The Spare Parts Inventory Planning Manager will be responsible for driving world-class performance for both in-stock levels and inventory turns of spare parts (approx. $20MM of inventory). This will require bringing innovation, process know how, and technical expertise in planning methodologies with a goal to optimize Global Inventory levels. The Global Inventory Planning Manager reports directly to the SManager, Supply Chain Planning.<br>
Responsibilities:<br>
  Responsible for supporting production planning for the Manufacturing group by ensuring regular replenishment and appropriate inventory levels for all raw materials and sub-assemblies. <br>
  Work with Service Engineering to identify product failure rates and required consumption levels of spare parts needed to support product uptime standards. <br>
  Participate in product life cycle planning with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service Operations to determine demand requirements for spare parts over the introduction, maturity and end-of-life periods. <br>
  Proactively engage with Quality, R&D and Service Operations to identify special repair and refurbishment projects, to allow enough time to procure long lead-time parts. <br>
  Continuously evaluate MRO inventory performance along key operational metrics, systematically identify and prioritize opportunities to significantly improve efficiency, effectiveness and risk exposure. <br>
  Provide SME and technical support to customer organizations (s.a. Manufacturing, Factory Service, etc.) helping them to address business performance issues, navigating requirements and dependencies, and general troubleshooting, etc. <br>
  Gather, assess and validate financial and other data for potential project initiatives and prepare insightful management reports, variance analysis, trend analysis and operational and business review documents <br>
  Take a lead role in the Spares S&OP process to understand and shape current and future customer needs, assess existing operational capabilities to meet customer requirements, and identify opportunities for value-add <br>
  Work closely with the Sr Manager, Supply Chain Planning to translate strategic concepts into actionable projects <br>
  Identify and implement system solutions and best practices that optimize MRO inventory planning, as opportunities arise. <br>
  Develop and document a planning methodology that optimizes in-stock levels and inventory turns of MRO inventory, balanced against the operational objectives of other supply chain functions (e.g., Logistics, Sourcing, etc.) <br>
  Develops and sustains customer relationships through direct interaction, responsiveness and accountability. Maintains open communication with customers using appropriate tools, as necessary. <br>
  Champions and fosters involvement by all levels of the organization of the implementation and maintenance of Best Practice processes, enhance teamwork, accountability and drive a sense of urgency throughout entire area. <br>

Position Summary:<br>
This position will be the central focus for communicating with our national sales force and internal support regarding vendor programs and providing support for opportunity certification. As the central knowledge resource, the incumbent in this position requires technical knowledge of configurations and the products and services we sell to end-users.  Additionally, this position will be responsible for educating sales and sales support teams to ensure that best practices and processes are in place to capture all possible streams of revenue.   <br>

Essential Duties & Responsibilities<br>

Responsible for reviewing and submitting special bid opportunity certification documents to IBM to include:<br>
Sending out notifications and all correspondence from the IBM Certification Team Tool<br>
Review and rewrite some documentation to ensure the most complete, legible, effective information has been communicated to IBM<br>
Reformatting documentation and working with the IBM tool to ensure documents get to IBM in a timely manner<br>
Responsible for receiving documents, processing opportunities and ensuring payment for the IBM Software Program. <br>
Responsible for vendor programs and promotional/rebate offerings.  This includes identification, understanding and communication to the sales & sales support teams in an effective manner.   <br>
Reviews and analyzes complex transactions to maximize profit by taking advantage of all programs/promotions or rebates available<br>
Develops and maintains relationship with the IBM Channel Team responsible for Programs and Compliance Certification to ensure problem resolution utilizing knowledge of both sales and technological aspects.<br>
Serves as an escalation point for all vendor issues and follows through to resolution.<br>
Maintain IBM Websites and Certification Database to include:<br>
Updating company profiles, certifications and program information<br>
Verifying the certification is posted to the IBM site<br>
Resolving candidate ID conflicts<br>
Working with IBM as program administrator<br>
Assisting Director with proactive identification of needed certification to support ongoing compliance<br>
Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports as requested<br>
Participates in and attends sales calls and other sales related functions <br>
Special projects as assigned by management<br>
Develops and maintains communication in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers by:<br>

Knowledge and Skills:<br>
Minimum 5 years experience working with IBM midrange products and services in a sales or sales support capacity.<br>
Strong Knowledge of IBM products and services <br>
Demonstrated command of IBM terminology, processes and procedures<br>
Knowledge of sales processes and procedures<br>
Excellent Internet navigational and resource skills<br>
Must be results and people oriented with sound judgment and the ability to balance other business considerations<br>
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills<br>
Must speak effectively before large groups<br>

The Scheduler will maintain and analyze scheduling software, update additions and changes in employee availability, and project coverage needs based on performance history and current business trends. Additionally, the incumbent will disseminate information that is useful, timely, and accurate.<br>

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>
1.Create schedules and staffing lines based upon the clients expectations for the staffing.  Report daily staffing to the client. <br>
2. Run and distribute various reports regarding billables, availability, absenteeism, schedule adherence, headcount, intervals, and segments.  <br>
3. Approve and deny Requested Time Off (RTO) based off staffing levels required for the specified time period.  Communicate the approval or denial to Coaches, Leaders, etc.<br>
4. Balance billables to ensure the client is billed appropriately.  This entails comparing Kronos time and TCS time for each Consultant, analyzing the differences, and making corrections as needed.  <br>
5. Enter new hires data into TCS.  <br>
6. Enter schedule preferences into TCS and process shift bids.  <br>
7. Educate new hires on scheduling and RTO procedures.  <br>
8. Print, hand out, and answer scheduling questions from employees. <br>
9. Assist with other areas of Resource Management when needed.<br>

QUALIFICATIONS:<br>
1. A high school diploma and six to twelve months of relevant experience is preferred.  <br>
2. Knowledge of TCS/RTA software is preferred. <br>
3. Previous experience using Microsoft Office products is preferred. <br>
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with shifting priorities is preferred.<br>
5. Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication (oral and written) skills are preferred.<br>
