We are an established local towing service that works under contract to a national auto auction company.

We are currently seeking to fill a couple of dispatcher positions. This job would mainly entail making telephone calls to insurance companies, local collision/repair shops and vehicle owners coordinating the release and pick up of vehicles damaged in automobile accidents. Also, there would be normal clerical type tasks associated with this type of work, i.e. filing, making copies, taking messages, sending emails, faxing, etc.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Job Requirements:
- Dependable
- Have reliable transportation
- Superior telephone and typing skills
- Familiar with with MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Multi-tasking
- Superior customer service skills
- Bilingual a plus but not required
