Requirements:
2 years of work experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Recruiting or Human Resources setting preferred Strong customer service skills.
****Bi-lingual a must****
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and work independently in a high-volume, fast paced work environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to interact with line staff through executive leadership in a professional manner. Ability to occasional lift files up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with clients and employees of employers. Taking job orders, taking applications, confirming arrival of employees, dose involve a rotation of on-call phone.
Assists with the new-hire drug and background screening program and applicable tracking. Maintains and orders office supplies and HR materials. Provides mail correspondence, faxing, photocopying and filing of paperwork.
