Hello there, I am new to San Antonio and I am looking for a few people to get together with me to lose weight. Age, Race, or Sex doesn't mattter, I just need some help getting motivated and staying that way. The best way I have found to motivate myself is to help others. I was successful at losing 90lbs. a couple of years ago but I got injured and was unable to do much cardio and things like that. I started to gain the weight back after keeping it off for over a year. I am pretty much disgusted with myself over the whole thing because I swore I would never let myself get over 200lbs again and now here I am at 216.5 pounds and gaining more weight by the day. I am so down right now and can't seem to bring myself back up. I know there are people out there who want to lose weight but feel the same way I do. I think that we can help each other.
