We are all in our mid twenties with stable jobs, we aren't wild/loud and don't drink or do drugs. We get along really well and enjoy living together. We do have pets but all are completely indoor and/or caged.
I estimate that we can afford somewhere in the price range of $900-$1000/month. We will pay our own utilities and have our own washer, dryer and refrigerator also.

I got a few responses but none of them could work out so, I'm posting again, more clear I hope. Looking for temporary or long term rental pretty quickly. None of that shared room in five bedroom house stuff. Looking for a townhome, duplex, condo, house, manufactured house or an apartment someone's converted/mother-in-law suite either to rent, rent to own, take over lease/payments or even for short term. Fixer-uppers are nice too! We just can't take anymore apartments. :'( We need to move ASAP!
Some things we'd LIKE but AREN'T necessarily needed:
-Dishwasher
-Working fridge and stove is a must.
-Fenced/Chain link backyard -We have a growing, well behaved puppy dog [not a violent breed] and lazy cats.
-Washer/Dryer
-Tile/Wood Floor would really be a plus.
-Bills/Utilities included or commercial.
-Enough space, 300sqft just won't cut it -we'd like to cut down on our storage units not to mention we do need our own space.
-Fireplace
-Not too picky about the area but wouldn't mind being able to walk down the street- N, NW, NE, SW, S, other areas and outside of San Antonio if it's the right place and price.

I know it's a lot but it doesn't hurt to try, see what we get. We like peace, quiet and privacy and wouldn't mind relocating a little outside of SA given the right place and price [Not Austin or Huston though Helotes doesn't look bad]. Actually being out in open fields and away from busy people isn't that bad. Been through a few bad places and not looking for anything unlivable. Good at fixing places up so if it needs a little paint or nailing, new tile, lawn care and a few flowers, that's fine but nothing that looks like it should be condemned, floored, burnt down, destroyed. We're a working mother and daughter, looking to start in a new place, it's definitely time for change and we're very tired of apartments. We keep to ourselves and stay out of trouble, not doing anything illegal and like I said, like peace, quite and privacy, but as long as you have what you need inside your home, what goes on outside isn't that important. A settle, non-drama filled, stable atmosphere would be nice. We'd like our new landloard to be nice and caring because we'll care about the place you're letting us stay in, so no attitudes or anything, we give everyone a chance, they could do the same. So if you know someone who's looking for good people to rent to or you happen to have a rental property shot us an email and we'll see where it goes, you must be careful with things online I know.
We might be willing to join another person, MIGHT, they must like pets be at least somewhat clean and aren't in our business 100% of the time.
We're serious about finding a new home so only reply if you believe you can help.

Hi! I am a single mom of 2 girls and we also have a precious, fully grown, 6 lb Pomeranian. We just relocated to San Antonio from Los Angeles in search of a new beginning. We left behind a very bad situation and are happy to be back in our hometown of SA! Now, we hope to find some good samaritans and we know they are out there. Gotta love Texans!! We need a 2 bedroom place to rent. I have BAD credit just like so many others out there these days but that stems from poor choices I made as a youngster in love. I'm much older and wiser now. What is bad on my credit is from a few years back so you won't find anything recent still adding to the problem. I have been paying off that old, bad debt for awhile now and will continue to do so in hopes that someday this won't plague me. That means, I HAVE TO PAY THE RENT! I will primarily be a student (education pays) but I do recieve $1000 a month via court order. It's always paid and never late! That isn't much but being as utilities and rent are all I will have to spend money on, I believe I can pull off about 5-6 hundred a month in rent. Everything else is already covered, lucky for me. However, I still foresee work in my future again as well to bring in some extra $$. Extra $$ is always good, right? I have great references - personal, professional and rental. Did I mention I have done some renovations before on past properties I have lived in? I am handy when it comes to basic fix-it-ups. If you have a property that needs some TLC, we are the perfect occupants! So, again I need:

1. A 2 bedroom
2. Small pet allowed
3. NE side of town preferrably within Garner Middle School boundaries but if not, it's not a deal breaker at all
4. BAD credit OK!

Family with 7 children needs a rental home as soon as possible. It can be short-term(6 months) or long-term. We have credit issues so using a property management company is not an option. We are licensed contractors with our own construction company. This past year and a half has put us on the brink of bankruptcy. We are willing to consider all options, even caretaker-type arrangements or doing improvements/repairs to the property. Most of the things on my credit are student loans (which I have perfect payment history for the past 7 months since I am on a student loan rehabilitation program) and perfect payment history with landlords for that past 6 years. I have no evictions and a six year old broken lease. I am about to begin employment with UnitedHealth Group making 30k per year next week and would like to move out of my mother's home by August 1. I don't have much, but what I do goes to give my child a safe roof and a future. Also, I have a very elderly 13 year old dog (Weimaraner).
