Currently I pay 725 in rent in the subdivision of Oxbow for a 2/2/1 duplex. I am looking to stay in this area however, I need my rent lowered so that I can save some $. I rarely ever pay my rent late, I have no evictions. I would like to buy but I do not think we make enough per month and I know our credit is not good enough. Basically, we know our price limit means that we may have to settle for a house that is outside of our desired area, or isn't in a safe neighborhood. So, we are offering our services in exchange for a house that is closer, bigger, prettier, etc., than we could otherwise afford: we have lots of experience painting, cleaning, gardening and various other "handyman" tasks. If you need some minor work done to your house, and you would like to save some money by renting it out while the work is being done, we are your tenants! We do have pets, and would be willing to put down a deposit for them, but we have always had them fully refunded in the past. They have completed a training program and continue to go to classes.
