I am need of a one bedroom under $500 a month with a great move in special. I have a broken lease from 2002 and would be breaking a lease to move into your complex. I am in between jobs and living on my savings. I start a new job in 2 weeks where I will be working at least 40hrs a week and making $12/hr.

I am looking for a move in special that is $100 or less tmi. I want to move because I made arrangements to pay a little late (was waiting on check that got sent back because I changed the address to what the apt complex manager said the new address was and some one forgot to tell the mailman covering the normal mailman's vacation and he sent it back) Well when I went to sign the intent to pay the managers boss was there and said that the new manager made a mistake and my rent should be $456/mo instead of $448 (what the lease said) I told here I signed for $448 and that is what I would pay plus late charge and she went off on me. I have been here for a year and half and don't deserve to be treated like that. So I want to move ASAP. (before she evicts me which will properly be at the end of the month, I still haven't paid rent.)

I am a looking for a 1 bedroom located in a nice area that is $500 or less. Must accept pets (won't have one when I move in but will get one in future after pet deposit is paid).

I am having trouble with my current apartments management and want to move. I made arrangements with them to pay my rent on the 25th (due on 11th) and they agreed. Now they have changed their minds. My family and I have been living in an apartment complex for more than 3 years now. Everything was great until now...there have been not so friendly people moving in...the kind that have caused sapd to patrol the area TOO often. We are a family of 5 that are moving to the San Antonio in August and we need a home! We have an excellent rental history with references. I served in AF for 7 years and now I'm a full time student.
