I am looking for someone who can source/recruit for high volume IT and Engineering accounts. This is a junior level/training position, but very fast paced. Basically you will receive the job requirements and search through databases for qualified applicants. When you find the best candidates you will give the resume to a senior recruiter for a full screening and sub to client. You have to be very fast, eager, aggressive, dependable, organized, and have the ability to learn a tremendous amount of information.

It takes a minimum of 1 year to train an IT recruiter hands on, but our goal is to have a long term employee that will move into full time recruiting and possibly sales. As you will be required to interview extremely high level candidates, a Bachelors Degree is very desirable.

This is NOT a M-F 9-5 position!!!

This is an hourly + commission + benefits after 90 days position.
