We are asking 500.00 for the bigger closet room because room is a bit bigger plus holds a big beautiful bay window facing the front which can also hold pillows to sit. It is also directly across from the bathroom.

The other room faces backyard but you can see a little of the street. One regular window and closet smaller. This room is also smaller but not by a lot. This room is for 400.00

5. No drugs! First sign or smell of it gets you the boot. Drinking ok.
6. Long term hopefully, we don't want to have you leave in a month.
7. No pets unless a small one in a cage- but no snakes or spiders or stuff like that. Fish is fine too. As long as you keep your door shut cats can't get in.
