Looking for a reliable housemate to share my very nice, quality built, 2-year-old, two-bedroom, 2�-bath, two-story home in Northeast Crossing. It's located half way between Randolph AFB and Fort Sam, so I'd welcome a military housemate.

Would like to find someone to move in ASAP to help with the rent and utilities, which include Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, land-line phone, electricity, water, sewer and trash. You would pay $400 plus half the utilities, which should work out between $500 and $550 total.

Would prefer a single female or single-mom (with only one small child - you'd both be occupying the same room), but open to a male housemate as long as you're a non-smoker (or agree not to smoke inside), quiet, reliable, honest, financially stable, don�t do drugs or heavy drinking and have no indoor pets.

The house has a privacy-fenced backyard and a two-car detached garage (one space for you), so if you do have a pet, it could stay outside and you would be responsible for the full pet deposit. I love pets, but just can�t afford to have one right now.

The house has the �dual master suites� floor plan, and the bedroom you'd occupy is quite large. It has its own private bathroom, a large closet and a balcony in the front of the house. This is an extremely nice feature for the upcoming warm, pleasant, summer weather.

Currently leasing the home with an option to buy, so the owner will require a background/credit check. If your credit isn't great, he'll work with you. As for the security deposit, it's $400 and it's refundable. You can pay it in two installments if you can�t pay it all up front.

You will have use of the nearly-new washer and dryer, and have access to the entire home. It is fully furnished except for the bedroom you will occupy, which is now vacant except for a 19� TV, a lamp and a dresser. You can use any or all of them while you're here if you'd like. If it all sounds good BUT you need a fully furnished room (bed, etc.), there are several options we can pursue.

I'm ready for the right person to move in as soon as you see it, we both feel it will be a compatible situation, the owner can check your credit and references, you can pay the first month plus at least half the deposit and you can make the move!

Who I am looking to be my roommate?
I am looking for clean, responsible, honest, open minded and fun person to be my roommate. Responsible person means you need to pay your rent on time and pick up and clean up after you.
