That guy is not a hater. He was just being realistic. With the minimum wage being what it
is and housing expenses generally taking about 1/3 of your income, the bottom rent should
be about $433.00 a month. I don't have anything for rent in that range and I don't know

I have one roommate now so I'm only looking for one additional roommate so things won't get too crowded. here is some info about the apartment

- 4 bedroom apartment; so you would be living with 3 other females that attend college
- each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which is always a plus!! i hated sharing a bathroom at my last apartment!
- each apartment has its own washer and dryer in the unit
- the apartment is fully furnished so the only thing you would need to bring if you want is a tv!
- there is a huge pool, and a decent size gym
- its right behind the 1604 main utsa campus
- shuttle passes by the apartment about every 15 minutes to take you to utsa
- free cable and internet; the only thing you have to pay monthly is the light and that is split by 4
- overall the apartment is VERY nice, i regret having to move out but i have too! :(
