We had the pleasure of driving this unit appx. 1000 miles and camped in it for 3 days! Nice coach, everything works.

Very hard to find a class C with a tag axle, but worth finding. This coach drives down the road with the stability you'd normally only find in a bus. Extra axle will come in very handy if you are planning to tow a trailer, boat or even car.

Coach is a 92 model and the paint looks faded. I know a buffing would help, but clearcoat would work miracles. I use to have a shop to take units to that would wash, buff, then shoot a coat of clear coat for appx. $500 and it was unbelievable what a difference it made. Interior looks much newer and nicer. SLEEPS 7!!!

Mechanically I'd say coach is ready to go (problem free 1000 mile trip last week!) Tires look great.

The exterior of this unit is faded as pictured. The paint is dull. Couple of delam spots as pictured, not a big deal for a 92 model. Tires have plenty of tread life left.

The interior of this unit is nice as pictured. This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit. Carpet and upholstery are in good shape.

All systems check out fine in this unit. The ducted roof air that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. We ran low hour generator with no problems for appx. 2 days straight.

The Ford V8 motor starts right up and has plenty of power.

The overdrive automatic transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime.

All used units have negatives, lets talk about this ones: paint is faded, couple of delam spots, missing antenna for the radio, kept front bunk sealed but sloppy caulk job.

In summary, very hard to find a tag axle class c unit that sleeps 7, travels with stability if you are pulling something or not. Drives like a bus, but do not need a CDL.

When I came across this unit it needed the transmission rebuild. That has been done and it comes with a 12 month warranty from rebuilder nationwide.

Very nice appearing coach inside and out. Very obvious this was the previous owners baby. Notice the new vents covers etc. on the roof, notice how clean unit appears inside and out.

Itasca is a very good brand and quality is built into these units as you can see.

This is a very nice size coach. Very easy to drive requiring only a normal drivers lic. but still very roomy inside and sleeps 6.

Coach is in good mechanical condition and I would get in it and drive it anywhere.

Nice low mile Lexington that was driven to me over 1200 trouble free miles. Starts right up, runs cool, fluids look great as pictured... I'd get in this coach and drive it anywhere.

Powerplant generator starts right up and powers the roof a/c while parked or running down the highway. The roof a/c and the dash a/c as well will run you out of the coach. They are freezing cold.

Coach is a nice size that is roomy to live or sleep in, yet easy to drive and park. This unit could easily be used as a second car/ weekend get away mobile!

Other manufacturers built B+ van rv's but I personally feel none of them come close to the Forest River Lexington when it comes to quality
