PeopleSoft Human Resources / Payroll Consultant
· Proven ability and demonstrated experience understanding business processes and business flows to configure / tailor PeopleSoft HCM to execute the business process.
· CPA, MBA, Human Resources designation(s), and / or other Professional Certifications.
· Ability to work with the subject matter experts (both IT and business) to develop and recommend a strategy to implement associated business processes / flows.
· Education and demonstrated experience with the recent software versions of the PeopleSoft applications, specifically HRMS v8.9 core.
· Experience with business related configuration and set-up relevant to the use of salary plans, salary grades and career steps.
· An excellent understanding of how salary plans, salary grades and career steps are commonly used by other PeopleSoft users including modifications to address unique business needs.
· Experience with designing and implementing Position Management functionality.
· 5+ Years experience with Human Resources and eCompensation.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Mid-management to Executive-Level consultant.
