Ok. I signed the lease for $635 per month with a first month movin special of $300. I am willing to share this with you. So I will pay you $150 when you take over the lease. The current rate of the apartment if taken as new is $675. If you take new apartment for just 3 months then you have to pay premium of $100 extra every month. So then it becomes $775. But if you take over my lease you pay $635 for July/Aug/Sept and you get $150 from me as move in special share. I am willing to pay for your admin fee as well as a goodwill you show to me by taking over the lease and saving me from paying so much to break the lease.

I am subleting my apartment until May 2009. Seeking a dependable person to move the weekend of 6/14 or 6/21 or even later if needed.
Must move out in order to help out a good friend financially. This opportunity would be a mutually-beneficial agreement for myself and the prospect as the lease for this unit has been reduced with my employer discount. Here are the terms:

Apt is located 1 block from I-10 in the Medical Center. Nice complex with pool, gym, all the usuals. My wife and I are moving to Austin this summer but our lease runs through Dec so we need someone to take the apt over.
