Water is also included. Monthly rent is roughly $645, give or take. You will be responsible for finishing the rest of my lease, which ends July 2010. It's 542 square ft and it's on the bottom floor. <br>

The lease will officially be in your name once I hand over the keys, so any previous fees will be charged to me, so everything is your responsibility after you move in. <br>

It is a one bedroom and one bathroom and is fully furnished and includes a complete living room set, dining room set, and bedroom set. It also includes cable internet. Monthly rent is roughly $645, give or take. You will be responsible for finishing the rest of my lease, which ends July 2010. I will also pay $100 in rent for you each month, so rent for you each month would be cut down to roughly $545. This place is perfect if you're a student at UTSA because it's walking distance from campus and there is a shuttle bus service that takes you to school. <br>
