I would like to trade my 3 br 2 bath house in the AZ white mountains in the town of Springerville. Home is completely remodeled less than 1 year ago with tile floors in Kitchen and baths, custom tile showers and tubs, wood in common areas and carpet in BRs.and is currently rented for $800 a month it is rented to a gentleman that works for me at a low rate, the normal rent for house 1000 to 1200. Home is currently on the market for 159,000 and is free and clear. Sits on Large 1/3 acre lot and has fenced yard. New metal roof and cement board siding. Large fireplace, New cabinets, Vaulted ceilings in master suite, with large walk in closet. In quite neighbor hood, with in walking distance to resturants and shops. Very nice 4 season retirement area with mild winters and cool summers we get just enough snow to be fun and it rarely goes above 85 in the summer. Lake 15 miles away, ski resort 15 mi away, golf course 3 miles away, largest National Forrest in the country 3 miles away.

I would like to trade for at least a 3 Br 2bath home or Mobile Home on land, no parks. Would prefer 4 br. Anywhere in the San Antonio area would consider Corpus or in between as well. Dont have the cash to add any, but willing to swap for less expensive property and get the difference in cash or carry the note. Let me know what you have.
