Grande Communications is currently seeking a Commercial Technical Support Representative. This position will be assigned to a queue actively answering inbound customers calls. Using various systems and applications, technican is responsible for providing basic to advanced troubleshooting assistance to business customers to determine service inturruptions.
In this role the Primary Responsibilities will include:
Under limited supervision, assist business customers by performing troubleshooting procedures for prompt resolution with their Grande services.
Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues
Understand and interpret the customers needs while providing a fast and accurate practical solution to their problem.
Strive to achieve goals and deadlines established to meet customer commitments promptly, accurately and professionally.
Notating customers account in the various systems.
Maintaining or exceeding established service level goals.
Perform additional duties as required.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
High school diploma or GED required
Must have three years related experience.
Ability to use PC's and other standard office equipment
Ability to communicate verbally and comprehend through listening skills to resolve customer problems or complaints.
Must be able to write legibly and perform the following mathmatical calculations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
