construction has begain at the southeast pony league baseball complex located on hiawatha street next to highland high school. a total of nine new baseball fields will be ready to play on in febuary, 3.2 million dollars is being spent to upgrade the ball park for the kids of the southside, there is no park anywhere south, east or west of downtown that will be as nice. registration for baseball will begin every saturday starting in january 2010. ages 3-16, there are plans to have fall ball at the same complex. we look forward to seeing all boys and girls join us for some baseball fun. we would like to invite our friends from five diamonds and normale park to join us this year also.
