Washer and Dryer (New Braunfels)

The cold water flow does not work but the hot
works fine. The cold quit working yesterday.Idisconnected the
cold and filled the washer from the hose for the wash and
rinse cysle and it still washed the clothes and spin cycle
works fine and the hot works fine.

The dryer works fine but the timer does not turn the
dryer off so you have to time the drying cycle and turn it
off manually. Replaced them this morning. Address is
150 Woods End. Woods End is the next to last street
off Zipp. Coming from New Braufels towards McQueeney
off of FM 725. They are in the driveway if anyone wants them.

I would like to landscape an area where there is currently quite a bit of cedar from a last year's tree trimming job. The cedar is available to anyone who will come and get it and agree to leave the area as "picked up" as possible.

I have approximately this much cedar:

TWO 14' long stacks of 2-3 foot branches
TWO 6' stacks/piles of 4-6 foot branches
ONE pile of tree trunk chunks
ONE pile of kindling size twigs
Multiple stray pieces of cedar that didn't get "filed" and some oak

There is more cedar in the form of broken cedar branches that you can have if you want cut them down. :-) Can you use some very old railroad ties? You can have those if you want them, too. The cedar is convenient to get to...no driving across a field...it's right next to the driveway where you would pull up. I would love to have someone come soon to get this so I can work our there while the ground is damp. Is anyone interested? My schedule is pretty flexible. I'm praying someone wants this cedar as much as I want the cleared space. :-)

I have a sleeper sofa free for the taking - you just have to come and get it. The material on the cushions is in fair shape - no stains - but the seat cushion in the picture on the left is ripped (you can see it in the picture - and the underside is torn open). However, it would be fine with a slipcover or even a sheet over it. The material is a green and rose plaid. It is accented with bamboo, and one of the arms isn't screwed in well at all. However, the couch doesn't need the arms to function - they are decorative and could be removed for a more modern look.

The sleeper part is in fair condition as well. The mattress is a 2 inch piece of foam...my 8 year old son is the only one who has slept on it, so it may not be all that comfortable but would do in a pinch.

All you need is a pick up and a couple of strong people to load it. It can be yours!

My husband has decided that he wants to remove the catus gardens that we have.
His idea of removal is jerk-out and burn this weekend. These plants range from 6 inches to over 4 feet. They are very healthy and would be a jewel to a garden. Agave, paddle cati and one I don't know.
Bring a shovel, they don't need to be repotted after removal for transport.
