Bookkeeper role for multiple real estate entities
Daily Duties will include:
- Entering of daily transactions
- Accounts Receivable-posting of monthly rent dues, invoicing, light collections
- Accounts Payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Financial reporting (using Excel spreadsheets)
- Administrative support to the commercial real estate department
- Proficient Excel- intermediate knowledge
- Must have minimum of 3years multiple set of books experience.
