We expect our members to attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week.
Set 1: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday at 6 AM
Set 2: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at 7:30 PM + Sat 9AM
Set 3: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday at 9:30 AM
