A little about myself, I am a Regional Manager for a local government agency. I don't smoke but I'm not against smoking as long as it's done outside and you pick up after yourself. I do occupy a bedroom and I travel weekly so I will not be at the home everyday. I cook 1 time per week. I have a small shih tzu who is very friendly and well mannered. He travels with me.
In the past, I have had roommates in the past and that has worked out well, no drama and respectful of others. They both lived with me for over 2 years. One who is 52 moved in with his girlfriend and the other who is 26 purchased a home. If you have any questions, please let me know.
