I have 2 fairly rare early 1900's German made antique crosses from the turn of the last century were carried/worn by clergy and soldiers alike in the first World War. Soldiers used them by inscribing the name on them usually so when out in the field fighting, if they fell they were able to be given last rites and/ sent back to br buried with them these are also known as coffin/casket crucifix-these in particular are the former ones nurses who were usually nuns carried with them in the field or that the priests carried when they went among the troops for prayer etc. These are beautifully hand made and have a unique( if somewhat morbid)part in world history I'm asking $65 for the smaller of the 2 and $75 for the larger or both for $130,if interested you can contact me at 210 331 4two10
