This is a vintage Red Comet Automatic Fire Extinguisher with the original glass ball (EMPTY), the original bracket, the original box, and the original instruction sheet! The glass extinguisher is empty because it is prohibited to ship hazardous materials through the mail, and it is dangerous to have in the home in case of accidental breakage. The original packing material (shredded paper) in the box is dated March 26, 1941! The box has not been modified nor repaired in any way. The original instruction sheet that came with the fire extinguisher is included! I purchased the extinguisher in the late 1970s.
