Seeking investor(s) for ev charging stations in high traffic location in San Antonio, TX, with over 90,000 vehicles passing daily. This potential lot is paved, fenced, and has existing lighting poles. It’s currently underutilized and would require minimal civil work for deployment.

Given the visibility and access, this site has strong potential for both public and fleet charging.

We’d like to explore:
Investor funding for EV infrastructure (L2 or DCFC)
Including a canopy structure to enhance customer experience and brand visibility
Possible solar integration and/or battery storage if viable with other possibilities for additional revenue.
