Operating at less than 5% THD, this generator is suitable for running sensitive electronics that require clean, stable power such as laptops, tablets, cell phones, LCD / plasma televisions, and other mobile devices. For additional versatility, this dual fuel model can operate using either gasoline or propane. It comes with a propane hose with a regulator to connect a propane tank. It has a peak wattage of 15,000W and a running wattage of 12,000W when using gasoline and a peak wattage of 13,500W and a running wattage of 10,800W when using liquid propane. It operates using a 713 cc engine with a durable cast iron sleeve and quick-release pins.
The engine is easy to start using the built-in push button electric start, the included wireless key fob, or the manual recoil handle. The smart idle feature automatically lowers the idle speed with no load, which enhances fuel efficiency and extends run times. This generator runs for up to 11 hours at a 50% load on a 10.5 gallon fuel tank. The fuel tank includes a fuel gauge for easy monitoring. This generator has an operating volume as low as 74 dBA for non-disruptive use.
This unit conveniently includes a bottle of SAE 10W-30 oil, a spark plug wrench, an oil funnel, and an assembly wrench for easy servicing. The included VFT data center has a digital display to clearly show real-time information such as voltage output, frequency, and lifetime hours. A battery and battery charger are included to run the electronic components. For safe use, this unit has automatic low oil shutdown, automatic voltage regulation, and overload protection.
