Cool outer jacket, has the crinkled paper / leather look to it.
Fun looking up streets and see what was / wasn't around in 1962.
My house / neighborhood here in SA was built in the mid - late 60's
so it was still dirt and didn't make it in here - just Nacogdoches rd.
(only 1 lane each way) going by the field that was later my neighborhood.
This is in Fair - Good condition.
Cover shows some wear, a little staining
on the cover and staining on the right edge
of the pages when book is closed (see pic). Has a few words / numbers written on the cover.
Pages inside are in very good condition.
No writing on the pages inside, a couple of dog-earred (bent at the tip) corners.
I am located on the NE side of SA, just off Nacogdoches rd. a few minutes outside Loop 410
