Pretty cool piece to use for display on a shelf at home or in your bar.
Shaped like a tube of paint an artist uses.

Bottom unscrews and you put the bottle in.
Made of metal, I believe it is similar to the way the insulated cups are that everyone drinks out of these days.

This is in Excellent condition. It has one small ding on the upper left side (see pic, very minor).
