Labled,"JOS2, Made in USA, H." The cooking surface L 12in X 9.5in. All cast iron manufactures were regulated to start branding their pans "Made in USA" after 1960. Lodge also started labeling their name on their products in the late 1970's. This pan can be dated between 1960 and late 1970's.
This vintage cast iron piece can be used on gas or electric stoves and ovens and a joy to cook with.
