We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure our customers have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and best practices
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Provide feedback on customer service process improvements
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver outstanding service
Requirements:
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and customer service software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required
