Bilingual-Work from Home-Call Center agents needed to schedule medical patient appointments. A minimum of 1yr experience in inbound/outbound call center. We're looking for customer service oriented, friendly people with good communication skills. Basic PC experience is required. Dependability and commitment are required, and good attendance is a MUST.
Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check. Please submit resume for immediate consideration.
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. This is temp work from home position to last to the end of the year. Must have at home internet, computer set up capability, and quiet working space.
Must be local in San Antonio or close surrounding areas as equipment is provided and in person interviews and training (5-7 days) are required!
Schedule: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm

Friendly customer service attitude
Goal-oriented
Proficiency with PC and internet browsers
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably in a call center environment
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
Bilingual English and Spanish required
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
