A 25 year old leading litigation company here in San Antonio has a position open for a positive, energetic Client Service Representative. The position we have open is office based M-F, casual business attire and will appeal to someone who enjoys challenges, ever changing work and has the ability to multitask and thrive in this fast paced environment. We offer team wide bonuses, PTO, vacations, holiday pay and health and dental insurance. Our entry level positions start at $14.00 to $20.00 an hour based upon your experience and your ability to grow and assume responsibility within our company and culture. Key responsibilities of this position:
Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail with all notes and emails
Demonstrate “can do” attitude and positive approach with all coworkers and clients
Making 45-55 phone calls daily
Be able to work as part of a team and independently
Skills and Experience required:
Legal experience in the litigation field and/or medical office experience a plus
Strong phone skills & active listening
Ability to adapt/respond to different types of scenarios
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to meet deadlines
Ability to multi task & manage time effectively
Proven customer service experience preferably in an environment where details, accuracy and urgency matters.
High school or equivalent, experience speaks volumes.
