  • RESIDENTIAL SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR I

    Responsible for research of accounts and order entry via inbound calls and online orders from internal business partners, as well as external customers. This role supports Spectrum's sales team by maintaining business rules to ensure sales order accuracy and proper billing. This is a data entry role within a call center environment. Schedule will likely be second shift: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday, 1PM - 10PM or 3PM - 12AM, and include a $.75/hr shift differential.

    This is NOT a Sales Position. Selling is NOT a requirement.

  • SERVICEABILITY SPECIALIST I

    Responsible for building and proactively maintaining addresses in the billing databases through investigative research, processing serviceability requests, and finding resolutions within Charter’s footprint. This department works with Spectrum business partners in a fast paced environment. Schedule will likely be second shift: 1PM - 10PM or 3PM - 12AM, and include weekends, with a $.75/hr shift differential.
