Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls on behalf of national charities.
-Answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide general program support.
-Make occasional outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments.
-Use our proprietary CRM to document interactions and provide high-touch service.
- Take an active role in and incorporate all training, coaching, feedback, scripts, standard operating procedures and daily updates.
- Commitment to the company by demonstrating reliability, effective communication and maintaining a motivational attitude in a supportive, energetic team environment.
Minimum Requirements:
-Updated resume, highlighting remote customer service experience.
-2+ years of experience in remote (work-from-home) customer service. Supervisory experience is a major plus.
-2+ years using CRM platforms, completing call summaries or scheduling tasks.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Successful completion of a background check, at job offer.
-U.S.-based home work space and authorized to work in the United States.
-A private, quiet remote work environment, free from distractions, noise or other interruptions.
-Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
-Attention to detail and ability to solve problems with empathy and efficiency.
-Experience with multitasking in a digital environment.
-Bilingual Spanish is mandatory.
-Supervisory experience is a plus
Home Office Requirements:
-Reliable wired internet connection (ethernet only; no Wi-Fi).
-Minimum download speed of 200 kb/s.
-Wired USB headset.
-Chrome browser.
-Operating system: Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey (no Chromebooks).
-Distraction-free workspace.
Schedule and Compensation:
-Paid training starts Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
-Full-time (32+ hrs/week) roles available.
-Must be available for at least 2 weekend days per month (Sunday availability preferred).
-W-2 employment with bi-monthly pay via ADP. Direct deposit is required.
-Starting wage: $16.20/hour, including training hours.
-Up to 80 hours of accrued PTO available in the first year of employment.
