Zubie Wear is hiring and we are looking for you! We are a Screen printing and Embroidery Company in Universal City looking for a well organized, multi-tasking and motivated individual. We have been in business for over 20 years and have an amazing team of employees in a friendly and enjoyable work environment. We are growing and we need another exceptional member to join us!
Duties:
• Assisting sales representative in meeting or exceeding sales goals and customers’ service expectations
• Searching for vendors and products online
• Working closely with artists for completion of designs
• Assisting in processing of work orders by referring to price lists and product literature
• Reviewing orders with vendors daily as orders are processed
• Answering client questions about products, prices and availability
• Responding to all customers in a timely manner without allowing e-mails, phone messages and questions slipping through the cracks
• Writing up orders as they arrive and maintaining client records
• Servicing existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily schedule to call on existing or potential clients
• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
• Providing timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns
• Documenting patterns and queries that may indicate a larger problem with the product or service that needs to be resolved

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Excellent computer and typing skills to include grammar and spelling, e-mail and online navigation
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think and work efficiently under pressure
• Motivation to grow and has a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone and in person with customers
• Ability to learn quickly and move on from both success and failure
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
• Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services
• Friendly and patient, especially when dealing with difficult customers or situations
• Three references (two business references, one personal)
• High school diploma/GED

*Mac experience a plus, but not required
*Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
