We are a virtual maid service. We currently service Seattle Wa, Austin Tx, Houston tx, Oklahoma City, Tulsa Ok, Temple Tx/Killeen tx, Tulsa Ok, Las Vegas Nv, Lubbock Tx, Amarillo Yx, Dallas/FortWorth, Phoenix az, Albuquerque Nm. and more areas.
The further you can go in your metro area, the more money you will make. We do pay travel stipends for further jobs.
Must be experienced and have own cleaning supplies. Must send pic of your cleaning supplies.
This is a solo job. Very rarely do we work in teams. Very peaceful job.

Must have vacuum. Broom. Mop. Rags. Sponges, chemicals, etc
Must have online payment method such as venmo, cashapp, zelle or paypal.
We pay daily before you leave the premises you just cleaned, we will pay you.
Must have or be able to setup venmo or PayPal or cashapp or zelle
Pay is FLAT rate per home, when clients request Hourly we pay $20 per hour.
We do not punish fast workers. Fast workers get requested more by clients. Fast workers must still be detailed and thorough, sloppy cleaners do not last with us. Efficient detailed and good paced workers are the most requested by our clients.

Below is basic clean not deep clean
1 bed 1 bath basic clean $50
700 sq ft
2 bed 2 bath basic clean $60
(800-900 sq ft)
3 bed 2 bath basic clean $70-$80
1000-1500sq ft)
And so on more money the larger the home by sq ft or beds/baths
Move out Deep cleans pay more based on size, example
1 bed 1 bath move out clean $80
(700-800sq ft)
2bed 1bath
move out clean $100
1000 sq ft)
3bed 2bath
Move out clean $130
(1100-1500sq ft)
And so on more money the larger the home. Pay increases if the sq ft is larger than average for each sized home
Hourly requests are 20 hourly. People book hourly for only specific parts of home cleaned or for organizing closets, clothes, laundry, clutter.
Above pay is if homes are in normal condition if their extremely dirty, hoarder, hazmat we will negotiate with client to pay more, if client refuses negotiations we pay you a travel fee for having gone to appt.
