This is a rare model from Technics and was released right before the legendary Technics SL-1200. This turntable is well built at around 35lbs! It works and sounds great with two issues.
1) The cue lift doesn’t lift the tonearm..you just raise it with your hand and place on the record.
2) The cartridge will need a new stylus.
Pretty nice cartridge is included, a Shure V15 type IV.
