I have a used Royal Sovereign Bill Counter for sale. Model: RBC-1003BK. For Parts or Repairs. It powers on and can do the count but because the upper cover/hopper feed broke off & is missing, feeding the bills takes some work or it would not do correct count. One modification I did was adding the clear panels to help with the feed. Also, it will need some tuning.

Overall, the machine is in fair-good condition. The right side has a smack, scratches, & crack lines as seen in picture, which does not affect its function. This bill counter has ADD, MaNuaL Feed, and BATCH functions. It also has Counterfeit Detection: UV, Magnetic, and Dimensional. If you have a non-functioning RS bill counter, perhaps you could swap parts & put this unit back to work. Selling AS-IS, for PARTS/REPAIRS. Local pick-up in person only. Cash sale!
