DUTIES
• Welcomes guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Checks in Reservations.
• Assign guests to a Wine Advisor.
• Ring guests up for merchandise.
• Able to uphold and manage service pacing.
• Educates guests on our property and wines when applicable.
• Willing and able to manage customer education and expectations.
• Helps keep entry area tidy.
• Communicates with Management and team members throughout the day.
• Understands complete knowledge of Halter Ranch winery operations & history.
• Menu knowledge:
o Wine
o Food
o Merchandise
• Guest relations.
• Answer calls & inquiries.
• Reviewing reservations for the day and confirming all existing reservations.
• Assist and set tables if needed.
• Greeting & seating guest.
• Safety & Sanitation standards.
• Assist in the merchandise area which includes:
o Monitoring area
o Ringing up merchandise & assisting guest
o Restocking merchandise when needed
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to be outside and on feet for some period of time.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking a necessity.
• Must be adaptable and empathetic as a customer facing position.
• Weekends required.
