www.gonzalesbistro.com is looking for

1. line cook with 1 year + experience. Ideal candidate will have their head in the game.
* basic kitchen skills, able to follow directions, run fryers, flat top, plate and prep for your station.



We make almost everything in-house including deserts.

The Bistro is open for dinner only Wednesday to Saturday from 5-9pm. Lunch Friday and Brunch Sunday from 11am - 2pm.

We are a serious but relaxed tight knit kitchen made up of staff that are passionate and detail oriented.

If you want to learn and be culinarians than we can train you.

Our highly rated restaurant has one of the best wine lists in central Texas.
