La Familia Cortez Restaurants is looking for highly motivated, service-minded professionals to join our Leadership Team. Be a part of a dynamic organization, home to the iconic Mi Tierra Café, La Margarita Restaurant & Oyster Bar, Pico de Gallo and our newest addition, Mi Familia at the Rim. In a leadership role, you are responsible for the day-to-day restaurant operations as well as the development of our team members through support of our company Mission, Culture and Values. By living our brand standard, Con Much Gusto, together you will provide an unforgettable experience for our guests each and every time.

Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
Previous leadership or shift lead experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently to interact with customers and the public; must be bilingual.
Valid Food Handler and TABC Certification.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends.
Must be flexible on AM/PM shift.
