I recently purchased and brand new HVAC system downflow for mobile home
The system includes the outside condenser unit,inside the air handler with the evaporator coils and a Sensor Touch thermostat..The system was professionally installed 2 yrs ago by Elmer's at a cost of 10k dollars. The system has been very well maintained serviced every 6 months with monthly filter change.
Still have the paperwork,system is still installed at my home and cools extremely well,constant 70 degrees in this 100 degree weather.Please serious offers only!!!
