The gate was manufactured and installed in 2018. It has only been operated a few times and then has been left open. The owner paid $18,000 for it including a Liftmaster SL3000 1 HP slide gate operator and BFT Wifi keypad (partly visible on the left side of one of the photos). The cost of the operating equipment was more than twice the cost to manufacture the gate itself. It includes a walk through gate.
