This unit was used on and off sporadically for a shop room and not full time. This air conditioner was working great for years, but then it displayed an "E6" code which indicates a communication error between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. Usually this can be fixed by replacing the power/communication cable. It has a new outdoor control board that costs about 2000$ alone. We had an ac company come out to troubleshoot it, and they connected 220 to it when this ac is a 115. They fried the outdoor control board and replaced it with a brand new one. The first time it displayed an "E6" code, I replaced the indoor control board (around 160$) and that fix lasted for about 3 months until the E6 code came back again one day, when I switched it from ac to heat. I kept the old indoor control board because I don't think that was the problem and it is also included in the sale. This unit was operated in an environment with lots of RF interference from cell towers, and they say that this can cause these kind of problems. The unit will need to be recharged before use.

The model of the Outdoor Unit is - FRS09PYC1, and the model of the Indoor Unit is FRS09PYW1

The sale includes: The outdoor unit, the indoor unit with mounting plate, an extra indoor control board (may or may not work), the freon lines, the communication/power cable and the remote control.

If you are handy, you may be able to get this going again for pretty cheap. It has been a very reliable and well functioning unit and if the E6 code can be fixed, I think it has a lot more life left in it. It is sold as-is. The price is firm.
