It has some rubs and stains but it is in good condition. Wheels are all clean and operate smoothly. Cart has no structural damage, everything works. Includes trash bag, which has some minor tears at the bottom but they don’t go all the way through.
I actually use one as a shop cart to haul all the tools I need together for a job instead of walking back and forth.
