- Used condition - really solid condition has some light marks around on cushions and bottom but can easily be cleaned - has some string/fuzz from fabric up but can easily be removed with fabric tool
- Purchased in Dallas furniture store for 600+
- Grey basic fabric, seat cushions removable back cushion embedded/sewed in
- 3 seat cushion but can fit up to 4 people - 6 feet wide about 1.5ft off ground
- Will include pillows if want
- Will deep clean before pickup
