Brand new mattress I bought it three days ago but my wife doesn’t like it she prefers memory foam. I find the mattress very comfortable it’s a hybrid mattress so half spring half memory foam. It’s pretty soft but it is a medium firmness level. I would send it back but it is more a pain for me to have to send back and ship it since I don’t have a truck anymore.
