We have a china cabinet and mattress/box spring (queen size bed). China cabinet is decent but had some flood damage on the lower storage cabinet (Can be repaired easily with someone who does woodwork). Mattress does have a stain which would require a quick cleaning but otherwise decent condition. They have been in climate controlled storage and not outside. Just need them gone. My loss is your gain. I will try to upload some images when I go to storage this week.
