Comes with Owner’s Manual for; the riding mower, the mulcher, as well as the bagger.
Bought in 2017. Previous owner had moved to a home with smaller yard in about 2012 and could not get it through the gate into the backyard so he was using it to drive to the community swimming pool in the warmer months until his HOA prohibited him from driving it on the streets. I have only use it about 4 times a year (some years none at all) due to the water restrictions in our development. This unit does not have an Hour Meter.

This unit is classified as a Riding Lawnmower (single cylinder engine and smaller mowing deck) as opposed to a Lawn Tractor (two cylinder engine and larger mowing deck, plus Lawn Tractors have the capability of accepting various types of attachments, i.e., snow plow, scraper, gardening disc plow, front end loader, and etc.).
I am selling this Riding Mower because more and more I am needing a Lawn Tractor and the various attachments they are capable of accepting.
