Job description:
What to Expect
Hiring in San Antonio & Houston. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
As an ambulance company, under new management and in a startup phase, we are establishing our operations and expect initial call volumes to be lower as we build our client base and community presence.
Full time Employees will work a consistent Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 schedule during this growth period, with changes as calls come through, flexibility from all employees is a must during our startup phase. To provide stability and support our team members, we offer a minimum guarantee of 40 hours per week. This means you will be paid for a full 40 hour week at your regular rate, regardless of the actual number of calls or transports completed. PRN employees are not guaranteed any number of specific hours. Part Time employees should expect to be scheduled for a minimum of 24 hours per week.
During slower periods (which may be common initially), you can expect your time to look like a typical "on call" shift would. You will be available for any calls that arise, but most days will involve lighter duties such as vehicle maintenance, training, stand by readiness, or other supportive tasks. This structure ensures reliable income while we ramp up service demand.
As the company grows and call volume increases, we anticipate transitioning to fuller, busier shifts with expanded hours, overtime opportunities, and adjusted scheduling.
We value our employees commitment during this exciting launch phase and are committed to fair, predictable compensation.
