Brand new Marvin Elevate Direct Glaze fixed window, never installed. Purchased for a custom home build — we changed the opening to a door before the window went in, so it has been in climate-controlled storage since delivery.

Marvin Elevate is one of the best window lines made in the USA. This is a fixed/picture window (no operable sash) with premium Low-E argon glass and an aluminum-clad exterior over a pine interior frame.

Factory protective film is still on the glass, partially lifting from storage — cosmetic only, glass is undamaged.
